Lord, when I am weary, stuck, dirty, sick, exhausted, You cleanse and renew me; You make me see when I’m going the wrong way as You guide me along the right path. It is not because of what I am or what I have done because apart from You I can do no good thing. It is for Your name’s sake so I may know Your character more and plainly see that You alone deserve the glory. Thank You for loving me as I am and raising me up.
You are my Good Shepherd who knows the way, whose ways are higher and better than mine. You are my Provider, Comforter, Guide, Teacher, Protector, Rewarder, Companion, Nourisher. Thank You for Your tender loving care. Help me to follow You always. “Surely Your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in Your house forever.”
