Have you tried thanking and praising God for the very circumstance you don’t like? .
.
Giving thanks in spite of—- this is a declaration of faith in God (Heb 11:6; Eph 6:11,16)You choose not to focus on Passing circumstances or the changing tides of people’s (including your own) feelings or opinions but on who God is—- His character, holiness, goodness, power, faithfulness, mercy, compassion. .

King Jehoshaphat was on the verge of being attacked by three armies. The position he took was of inquiry to God, humility, surrender, worship, praise, and thanksgiving. .
It was when they Began to sing and praise that the Lord acted on their behalf to make their enemies destroy one another, leaving them a great plunder that took three days to gather. .
“Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise Him for the splendor of his holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying: “Give thanks to the Lord, for his love endures forever.” As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated.”
2 Chronicles 20:21-22 NIV
.
