Highly recommended: 70×7 Forgiveness Book and/or Video Study by Dr. Bruce Wilkinson during the Brace For Impact Conference. Manila

Excerpts Below:

💡Forgiving doesn’t mean condoning actions. (The offender will account to God for their actions.) .

đź’ˇUnforgiveness is like an infection. Unless you treat it, it will grow and take over.

.

đź’ˇForgiving still allows you to set healthy boundaries.

.

💡Forgiving doesn’t mean you need to be buddies with your offenders; however, you completely release them (to the Lord). .

đź’ˇProof of forgiveness is you bless the person, pray the best for the person, do good to the person. .

đź’ˇRefusing or delaying forgiveness gives the enemy legal right to torment us. It also means we will not be forgiven for our own sins.

.

đź’ˇTorment from unforgiveness does not cease by prayer, good works, ministry, or medicine. The antidote to this torment is to forgive each intentional or unintentional offense, mistake, sin, and wound.

.

💡Our offenders—-many of whom will never apologise—- are free. When we do not forgive, it is we who are bound by the wounds which will further infect us (including our bodies, minds, spirit, finances).

.

đź’ˇIf someone is suffering a chronic ailment, rule out unforgiveness as a cause by asking them “Have you experienced torment?” (“who hurt you the most” and “list down each wound “ … so you can forgive each one.) đź’ˇForgiveness is one of the cheapest cures for cancer.

.

💡Unless the person chases the answer, it’s too soon to give it.
