We need faith the most when we feel it the least. Because we can trust God’s character, we can follow His commands in His Word.
In the physical realm without God in the equation, it is “To see is to believe” … we tend to want to see evidence first before we will follow.
In the spiritual realm, it is after we obey that we experience the blessing and understand why God commanded certain things. “To believe is to see.”
“Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.””
Matt 19:26 NIV

“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Heb 11:6 NIV
.
“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”
Hebrews 11:1 NIV
.
“So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” 2 Cor 4:18 NIV .

“For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.” 1 Cor 13:12 NIV
