Dear Sisters, As the need to navigate through difficult, varied, unpredictable, uncontrollable situations continues, may this verse greatly encourage all of us that there is One Thing that we can count on: we can always choose Christ.
“One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.”

No matter what season we are in in our journeys, may we not be so focused on what’s wrong, lacking, or imperfect that we miss out on our perfect God who perfectly loves us and who has already granted us immeasurable gifts despite ourselves. He gives us heaven thru faith in Him; Himself as our Bridegroom who passionately loves us and gave Himself for us; His word as our map; The Holy Spirit as our take-along tour guide and Superpower Resident/ President Avenger Equalizer Defender; and God Himself as our Lover Portion Shield Redeemer Comforter Counselor.
In All things, good bad ugly, God works For the Good of those who love Him (Rom 8:28). Jesus keeps us encouraged during the bad; humble during the good; and refined like silver during the ugly.
Everything else is a bonus.
