Q: My husband and I are always arguing almost every day. It’s a bad cycle. We are happy then suddenly we are arguing over small issues that become big. Now I just want to avoid him because I just don’t want to start another argument.

Asking for any devotions or verses from the Bible to help on communication and resolving issues. Sad thing is, I’m tired na of fighting and I just want to stop all together because I think our issues will never be resolved 😔

Dear Sis, welcome to the club.
Arguing takes a rebuttal. If only one person is speaking, it is not an argument but a monologue.
1 Pet 2: 23 When they hurled their insults at [Jesus], He did not retaliate; when He suffered, He made no threats. Instead, He entrusted himself to Him who judges justly.
Have you tried praying to God in your mind heart and spirit when your husband is attacking or argumentative. And to your husband, “Without A Word”?
1 Pet 3:1… “Wives, in the same way” [as slave submits to a harsh master from 1 Pet 2:18], submit yourselves to your own husbands so that, if any of them do not believe the word, they may be won over without words by the behavior of their wives,” 1 Peter 3:1 NIV
That slave would not say anything probably which results in no argument.
Prob 20:3 It is to one’s honor to avoid strife, but every fool is quick to quarrel.
2 Tim 2:23 Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels.
Matt 5:22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’ is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.
Praying for your victory over this and more peace bet you and your husband in Jesus’s name amen
