Amidst pestilence, disasters, uncertainty, and death around us, we have hope in Jesus. We can not add an hour to our lives by worrying but by receiving His gift of salvation, we can have eternal life.
. “For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day. Very truly I tell you, the one who believes has eternal life. I am the bread of life.”John‬ ‭6:40, 47 NIV‬‬

“‘If calamity comes upon us, whether the sword of judgment, or plague or famine, we will stand in your presence before this temple that bears your Name and will cry out to you in our distress, and you will hear us and save us.’

“Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?” (Luke‬ ‭12:25‬)

“Our bodies are like a tent that we live in here on earth. One day, that home will come to an end. But we know that God will give us a new home. It is not a house that a human builder has built. God has built it for us in heaven and we will live there for ever…Because God’s Spirit is with us, we continue to be brave. While we still live here on earth, we know that we are not yet at home with the Lord. As we live here, we have to trust God. We do not yet see the things that belong to heaven. We are brave because we trust God. We would like to go away from our body here on earth. Then we would go to be at home with the Lord. And that would be better! But all the time we want to please the Lord. We want to do that while we are still at home in our body here on earth. We also want to please him when we go away from these bodies.”2 Cor‬ ‭5:1, 6-9‬ ‭EASY‬‬

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. Eph 2:8-9
