For those with medical issues or who may not have had the time to ease into a fast, you may fast on non-food matters also such as going out, traveling, socialising, shopping, malling, or activities that you enjoy AND instead spend time seeking God, reading His Word, and making your life right with Him. .
If your community is on lockdown, you’ve accomplished the first half. Just need to get to the second.
