We are not victims. We are victorious. The enemy deceives us so we do not enjoy our victory. The enemy HAS BEEN defeated. Mga pikon sila kaya sila nangaasar pa din sa atin to make us feel like we are losing and wanting to give up.
What made me stop accepting excuses of giving up, of walking away, of ending it all:
My children are watching and learning how I deal with trials.
Christ did not die on the cross so that I would live a victim’s life. He died so I can live a victor’s life.
I will not allow the enemy’s lies to get to me because I want my children to be freed of generational bondage, that the generational curse stop with my generation thru Christ. I want my ancestors’ bondage to end with me.
I do not want my children to give up so I cannot. I do not want my children to be victims and so I am not.
If I had given up, I have given up hope for my children as well.
I accepted the fact that these things happening to me are not all about me. It is about others to see Christ in me. It is a preparation to be able to serve others God’s way. It is about giving God the glory.”
