Removing Christ and making sugod even just digitally or by phone to gratify the fleshly anger was one of the biggest setbacks to my walk with God.
After the initial momentary satisfaction—-the ripple effect of regret, grief, and sliding back down to Square One haunt for years negating the loooooong and hard-earned (with tears and sacrifices) baby step by baby step progress.
parang Snakes and Ladders:
Balik sa malayong pinanggalingan at magsisimula ulit. Grade 6 na sana, balik ulit sa Kinder.
Nasira ang testimony.
Nakahadlang sa panalangin at blessing.
Naka-disqualify for ministry.
Walang mabuting naidulot.
Hindi nakatulong sa pagsolusyon ng problema kundi naging negative pa ang resulta.
Pa-abante na sana, umatras pa. Hindi nakatulong sa anak. No one was edified. Only Satan was victorious.
Lord Jesus You understand the unfathomable depths of pain some of the women here go through. If there is someone who is struggling in this matter of Sugod, we ask in Jesus’s name for supernatural comfort, peace, and complete healing in body mind and spirit. Please enable her to see that the heavenly perspective of trouble is that it is “light and momentary” while “our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.”Rom 8:18
We cast to You all our burdens.
“In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.” Rom 8:26-27 NIV
Help her to be wise as a serpent to not fall for the enemy’s bait of offense to distract, derail, and disqualify her from her holy calling to miss out on the wonderful plan You have for her.
Please deliver us from the stronghold of pain, self-pity, anger, vengeance, rebellion and any other spirit that seeks to control us. We are Yours and You are ours.
We declare Your victory in our hearts, lives, circumstances not by might nor self-power but by the Spirit of Jesus Christ who loves us and gave His life for our sake so that we may have life and have it to the full in Your name and for Your glory amen
“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
Galatians 2:20 NIV
What do we gain if we choose to fight against the other woman? Dapat nga bang sugurin natin sila?
This question was raised last Saturday at the PWF event entitled ABANDONED TO ABUNDANCE. Perhaps some of you have done this and must have realized by now that it will not help you win your husband back. Masarap pagplanuhan ang sugurin ang mistress ng asawa, the woman who robbed the man we love most. But we must remember that the battle is the Lord’s. Vengeance is His. You only need to be still.
You may have the satisfaction of being able to vent out all your anger toward her but let me ask you this question, “Wouldn’t it be pleasing to God if we choose to forgive rather than hate? Wouldn’t it be good for them to see Christ in us?”
By the grace of God, I chose not only to forgive but also to pray for the other woman. She too needs a Savior. The Lord reminds me that I too am a sinner and received God’s forgiveness even if I didn’t deserve it.❤️🙏😊
