Three years ang prayers ko lang is to restore our marriage, without knowing na yun na lang ang naging focus ko why I am praying and trying to get closer to the Lord, but then I realized walang nangyayari and it gets me frustrated. To the point that I questioned God, why us? Why my marriage? Then I realized after speaking to Sis Malu, I am special and handpicked by the Lord not just for marriage (for my husband) alone but to be His bride. 😍 Napaka sweet ng Panginoon, imagine sa dinami dami ng tao dito sa mundo, ako yung napili Nya to give Him the Highest Glory.

It took me many years to fully understand what it meant to love God first because our very need is to belong to someone we can see and touch. The brokenness we experience, though very painful, is the ONE THING that brought us closer to our Lord and Savior. 🙏❤️😊
The waiting is also one of the most difficult trials that hurting wives go through. It’s been thirteen years since my husband and I separated. From the world’s view, ours is an irreconcilable situation but praise God for the grace He gives me to wait upon Him.
The Israelites spent 40 year to get to the Promised Land that should have lasted 11 days. It wasn’t distance that stood between them but the condition of their hearts.
God’s purpose for allowing us to go through painful separation from our loved one is to prepare us to live in obedience, to sanctify us, and mold our character. Our journey may be lengthy, we face pain, discouragement, and difficulties. But remember that God wants to prepare us to live in service and devotion to Him. Life is all about Him and not just about our husband and marriage.
Sis N: What is the condition of your heart today? Are you still trying to run your life and control your circumstances?
Thank you Sis Edel, Malu I was enlightened more. Thank you Lord for choosing us to be Your sanctified bride and to be truly joyful even on our difficult circumstances. Praying, comforting and supporting each other makes our burden a lot bearable but of course by our God’s grace, love, mercy and forgiveness. To God be the glory.
Sis JN: This is so true to us humans, gusto naten talaga instant. Though there is nothing impossible to God. Kaya Nyang gawin in just snap of His finger, but God chose not to, because He is more after our character than our happiness, for our character will leas us to true happiness which is in Him 🙏❤️
